Death's Breath Cigars
My Death's Breath Cigar project. The idea for this was to have a brand using a skeleton character and in this case he's smoking a cigar. The box was made and photographed by myself. This project was a lot of fun to make and I also did a similar one with a whiskey bottle.
Sweet Life Pictograms
Sweet Life was a brand and brand book I made that is based around the idea of a delivery service for Sweets. The brand itself was to be nice, sweet, and caring and so the colors I used were lighter and colorful. The pictograms was one of the better things about the project. I was able to capture a distinct look while still maintaining what the symbol is supposed to be about.
The look of the thick outlines and striped insides are present throughout all of the Pictograms and should be used in this way. While the stroke weights can be changed to accommodate the situation, the thicker to smaller outline and stripes must be present in order to maintain the look.
This is another project that I had redone that was part of a first year class. I stuck with criteria of the original project of being able to tell it’s Meijer brand, without it taking over the main graphic. I wanted to maintain an herbal feeling so I added a Chamomile Flower to the tea and the box as a background element on the back.
Death's Drink Whiskey
Using the same skeleton as my Death's Breath cigar box, my Death's Drink brand was inspired by the cigar box.
Hell's Whiskey is distilled and bottled in Hell Michigan by Death's Distillery. Deaths is a family owned company that has been around since 1912 where we made everything from Cigars to Whiskey. Today, we still maintain our identity and continue to make these products. We hope you enjoy.
Much like the cigar box, I myself dressed up the bottle and took pictures of it.
YouTube ad banner
This is an ad banner that could be used for YouTube gaming. The top one uses channel logos from multiple popular gaming YouTubers, while the bottom uses the YouTube gaming logo as the main element. The idea behind this project was that YouTube is ever growing and an ad for one of their biggest platforms would be a great asset for them to have.
On the side I’ve been working on a few different websites to work on my skills and maybe get a little bit of extra money on the side. Here are some of the projects I’ve done some were chosen by the customer others weren’t but I felt they still looked good.
These projects are ones that I’ve done on my own for my own personal enjoyment or something I felt inspired to do. More work went into some then others but overall the quality of the projects I tried to keep consistent.
Alpine Coffee Co.
This one is a personal project that I did, somewhat keeping with my work and quality I put into my Death’s brand. I really felt inspired to do a lot of work with this brand as I loved the look of the logo.
